  • Why did you start breeding?

    A family member had to move into the nursing home, I adopted her senior Shih Tzu and instantly fell in love with the breed. They are so smart, lovable, stubborn and the perfect lap dog. I got 2 puppies after that and my breeding business grew slowly to what it is now.

  • What makes your program special?

    My program focuses on healthy dog/puppies with good temperament and the well-being of the dog.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include chocolate, tricolor, cream and white, black, liver, gold, black gold and white, black and white, and brindle. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Christye

Puppy prices include a $200 non-refundable deposit and between $1,000 - $1,400 final payment, before taxes & fees.

    Working with Christye was absolutely great! I live several hours away from her, and she made it more than convenient for me to pick up my new baby from her. I would definitely recommend working with Christye, especially after my last experience on good dog with another breeder. Christye is definitely on the up and up and everything she described about my new little boy, was exactly right. She even video called me so I could see him in real time and not just through a Pic. She met me halfway to pick him up, and even sent me home with a small bag of food that he had been on and also one of his favorite toys. Cooper was extremely well taken care of and I took him to my vet as soon as we got him, he was all healthy, no worms or anything. Perfect. I would absolutely recommend Christye as someone to buy your fur baby from. She takes excellent care of the babies, and makes the process so easy. She also checks on us from time to time and ill send her pics so she can see how well Cooper is doing. My first puppy i got on good dog, was not a good experience, and at the time, Christye didnt have any babies listed, and i didn't know the way things worked, and I basically got scammed by another breeder. Dont get me wrong, we love teddy so much, but you have to be careful with who you choose to buy from. I definitely recommend Christye, and if I ever decide to add another baby to our family, I will buy from Christye, and ONLY Christye. She is great!!!!

    Christye was such a blessing to work with. I had recently lost my Shih Tzu, Loretta and was having a really hard time getting a new puppy. She was so sweet and answered all my questions so quickly. Very very easy to contact and very easy to work with. Was very very accommodating. As for the puppy I finally got, she is perfect. When I say perfect, I mean perfect. She is everything a Shih Tzu is supposed to be. Very socialized, very playful, excellent with my grandkids, and physically beautiful. Would recommend Christye 100% to anyone.

    Christye has been an amazing breeder to work with. Her knowledge and understanding of her puppies is superb and she has been very easy to communicate with. After having our puppy for just a couple of days he has been excellent at going outside, kennel and stealing everyone's hearts. We are so happy with our new puppy and appreciate how smoothly Christye facilitated this for us. We would definitely recommend her!
