I'm Kathleen E., the breeder behind Chrysanthemum Shih Tzu located in Earlysville, VA. All of our dogs are family members. We love our puppies from birth until they leave us to snuggle with you! Our love for our dogs pushed us to begin breeding & pursue continuing education with AKC, IBC, trainers, & fellow breeders to improve the breed standard.

What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include black, liver, blue, silver gold and white, liver and white, gold and white, brindle and white, black gold and white, black and white, and brindle. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
