I'm Kathleen E., the breeder behind Chrysanthemum Shih Tzu located in Earlysville, VA. All of our dogs are family members. We love our puppies from birth until they leave us to snuggle with you! Our love for our dogs pushed us to begin breeding & pursue continuing education with AKC, IBC, trainers, & fellow breeders to improve the breed standard.

What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include black, liver, blue, silver gold and white, liver and white, gold and white, brindle and white, black gold and white, black and white, and brindle. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
Getting a puppy from Kathleen
Kathleen has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.
Price
Puppy prices include a $500 deposit and $2,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.
“This price includes age-appropriate vaccinations & wormings, PREPAID AKC registration, microchip, health guarantee written into contract, lifetime breeder support. DO NOT SEND ANY MONIES! PRIOR to sending any money, you must read & agree to my contract. If you have any questions about the contract, I am willing to discuss. THEN, DEPOSIT IS NONREFUNDABLE.”
