I'm Cindy B., the breeder behind Cindy L Bugg located in Rice, WA. I'm committed to producing healthy, happy Poodle puppies, and I do everything I can to prepare them for their forever families. My main priority when breeding is the health of my dogs and puppies. I want my puppies to be wonderful family companions and bring lots of love and joy into their forever homes.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    I really value the connections I form with my buyers and love to continue to watch my puppies grow up through their eyes. It is such an honor to preserve the line of these incredible dogs all the while creating companionship for others!
  • What makes your program special?

    My dogs and puppies are considered members of my family, and they get the best care I can possibly provide! I am passionate about Poodles, and my love for these dogs shines through in every aspect of my breeding program.
  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Our puppies are standard size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include black, parti, and brindle. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Cindy

Cindy has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

Price

Puppy prices include a $300 non-refundable deposit and between $500 - $900 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“This price is for pet purposes. I do have a litter of pet only. Very colorful. Brindle, Brindle parti, black/white parti, white/apricot parti, Black,. Deposit is to hold your puppy until it's old enough to go home. It is non refundable unless the the puppy does not pass vet check.”

  • Hip Dysplasia

    Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.

  • Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)

    Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.

  • Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)

    Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
