I'm Julie G., the breeder behind Classic kennel located in Arlington, WA. I personally show in many venues conformation agility obedience scent work barn hunt ect. . These pups have great confidence and temperament always want to be picked up and snuggled.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    I started in Labradors as my kids were little love them . Started training agility and people said ya know you could run a border collie . I said well I want pretty with a great temperament so I started looking for . 5 border collies later here I am enjoying the ride.
  • What makes your program special?

    I am very dedicated raising puppies is hard because you know you can have heart ache but you do the best you can , you hope all survive , so people can have a great family member.
  • What are the different breed coat types in your program?

    Our puppies have rough coats. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

  • Hip Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered), Hip Dysplasia

    Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.

  • Elbow Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)

    Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.

  • Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)

    Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.

  • DNA Disease Panel

    Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
