I'm Jessica O., the breeder behind Coastal Yorkshire Terrier Yorkies & Biewer Terriers located in North Chelmsford, MA. For more than 20 years we have been breeding to achieve perfection on disposition, temperament, and health in Yorkies & Biewers. We fully prepare you for your puppy parenting journey with appropriate education and tips. Each puppy goes home vaccinated and microchipped, with a health guarantee, vet certificate & bill of sale. We also offer additional options for DNA testing 🧬and AKC-registered litters.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    I’ve always had a passion for the smaller breeds. I have been known to be a perfectionist, this is how I began creating the perfect purebred Yorkshire terriers & Biewer Terriers puppies!
  • What makes your program special?

    My breeding program is special because of all of the time, dedication, and selection of sires and dams. We strive to perfect the breed with top quality, disposition, and temperament creating the perfect example of what the Yorkshire Terrier and Biewer Terrier breeds can offer.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our Biewer Terrier puppies include blue tan and white and black tan and white. Yorkshire Terrier puppies include parti, blue and gold, black and gold, and black and tan. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

    Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
