I'm Danielle C., the breeder behind Cochran Spaniels located in Greensboro, NC. We are a small, hobby breeder focused on bringing the healthiest, happiest puppies into the world and the hearts of others. We cherish each of our dogs and puppies, and we do everything we can to make sure that they get the best lives possible. That includes everything from choosing healthy parents with good temperaments, to proper socialization and daily care, to placing them in loving homes with wonderful families. We strive to provide each of our puppies and their families with a truly positive experience!

  • Why did you start breeding?

    I want for families what my first cocker did for me. She calmed me when I was anxious and when I was in pain she comforted me.

  • What makes your program special?

    Our puppies are raised by our entire family they begin ESI & ENS at 3 days then following they are desensitized to sounds such as fireworks and loud noises. We introduced them to different situations that teach our puppies that humans are good and prepare them for their forever home

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include black white and tan, red and white, and black and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home and a kennel on my property.

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $1,500 - $2,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.

    Picked her up in person, she is my baby and I love her so much, can’t explain, I started crying the other night thinking how much I want to protect her and give her a good life, she’s my little cuddle baby and loves to be snuggled. She’s so smart and learning to go outside, eating her dinner and she’s so little fragile and sensitive. I want to provide her with everything she could want or need. So little I’m nervous I’ll pick her up the wrong way, my gentle infant baby. Love when she snuggles up like a duck, she is absolutely perfect. When I first saw her she started nursing on my arm, like a familiar spirit, we were meant to be and she filled a void in my heart I didn’t know was there. I enjoyed to peaceful drive from Petersburg to Asheboro. She’s very gentle with my grandmother also, loves to cuddle.     This experience was such a pleasant and easy one. Danielle kept me up to date and answered any and all questions. I love that her entire family is involved in taking care for these little treasures. She introduced me to Violas extended family without hesitation and it was very obvious their environment was a loving and nurturing one . Our little Viola knew her name by the time she came home because of Danielle & family. Viola is learning tricks and is close to being potty trained . She is such a happy puppy. I do feel that is a direct result in the environment she was in and her breed . If anyone is on the fence about going through a breeder, I get it but there are really wonderful breeders out there .     I've never been a fan of buying too much on line. But the experience I had while buying this little cocker went surprisingly well. The breeder communicated frequently. When we went to meet her and pick up the puppy, it was plain to see that the whole family was involved and they were so caring. "Gabe" is a sweet playful little puppy who is bringing fun and joy into our home.

    I was lucky enough to be able to pick my pup right after birth and was updated frequently throughout the 8weeks. It was a very special experience and help me bond before she was even home.
