I'm Jodi W., the breeder behind Color Country Doodles located in St. George, UT. At Color Country Doodles, our puppies are raised in our home, as part of the family. We select our breeding pairs based on health and personality. Our goal is to breed quality, healthy, happy Doodle and Poodle puppies who are hypoallergenic, family-friendly, and ready to excel in their new homes!
Q. & A. with Jodi
Why did you start breeding?
I have owned many different breeds in my life, and though I have loved them all, Doodles have held a special place in my heart. When I was looking for a family dog, I knew I wanted an Aussiedoodle, but had a hard time finding one in my area. Thus an idea was born: I will combine my love for these dogs with my desire to share them with others, and begin my journey to my own breeding program!
What makes your program special?
I wanted an Aussiedoodle with the highest chance to be non-shedding and hypoallergenic so all our family could enjoy our pup as well. But it wasn't easy, and that's why I've built my program. We practice Early Neurological Stimulation and Puppy Culture with all our pups. We are dedicated to our dogs and have loved every minute of the process!
What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our Poodle puppies are standard size. Aussiedoodle puppies include mini and standard sizes. Bernedoodle puppies are medium size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our Poodle puppies include sable, apricot, black, brown, red, white, parti, and phantom. Aussiedoodle puppies include sable, apricot, blue merle, black phantom, black and white, and black tri-color. Bernedoodle puppies include black, black and white, tri-color, phantom, and merle. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and guardian homes.

We absolutely love our moyen poodle boy, Axl! He is so smart and has the best temperament. Jody was so fantastic to work with; she answered all my questions quickly and thoroughly. We bought Axl to use in our own breeding program and we have zero regrets- his temperament and size are going to be perfect!
