I'm Rachael C., the breeder behind Colorado Cockapoos located in Colorado Springs, CO. Sweet, good temperament dogs who come from great lines. Poodle stud is a professional stud used to breed akc poodles. Cockerspaniel is a purebred English Show Cockerspaniel from Scotland. This is a one and done litter for her.

Why did you start breeding?
Breeding fell into my lap when the breeders I got my first cocker from retired. They rehomed their girl from Scotland to me and I am doing a one and done litter with her. Thankfully I have their years of experience and guidance to help me through the process. I chose them because of their ethics (not docking tails, keeping due claws intact) and I will lead this experience by their example.
What makes your program special?
It’s a rare opportunity to have a one and done litter and that’s it. These are first generation mixes and that’s all there ever will be for these two. English Cocker Spaniels are also pretty uncommon in the US compared to the American Cocker and personally I think that combined with their loyalness, companionship, unique personalities and loving temperates makes them pretty darn special.
What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies are mini size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include red roan and brown and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Rachael

Rachael has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Rachael partners with them to find the best puppy match.

Price

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $2,000 - $2,500 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“The price includes of course the puppy, exams, microchipping and vaccinations. Puppy litter picks will be given based upon order deposits were received.”

Rachael may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. About Willow
AKC registered. Willow is very gentle well mannered family dog. She is originally from Scotland from a good line and has her Embark DNA testing. She is happy wherever you are which is why we call her one of our shadows. We have an additional cocker spaniel in our home and they are a duo. She is gentle and patient making her great with kids and my elderly dad.

Hip Dysplasia (Preliminary)
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia (Preliminary)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Vet Wellness Exam
A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.
