I'm Liz M., the breeder behind Comfort Cavs located in Devon, PA. Welcome to Comfort Cavs where we raise healthy, happy, beautiful puppies with the skills to be successful as therapy dogs, as emotional support animals, and as companions. Our puppies are raised in our home, with our busy family. About Cavoodles: If you’re looking for a dog that’s both smart and gorgeous, a Cavoodle (also called a Cavapoo), might just be the breed for you. This mix between a poodle (miniature or toy) and the Cavalier Kings Charles spaniel is one of the most popular dog breeds, for many reasons. The Cavoodle comes from two treasured breeds, so it makes sense that the combination would result in a truly delightful dog. Cavoodles are gentle and friendly, and their very social nature means they usually don’t know a stranger. Still, they tend to reserve their greatest affection (and they have a lot of it) for their families. They’re also extremely loyal and value human companionship—often even over that of other dogs. They think of themselves as one of your pack pretty quickly after joining your household, and they can sometimes get rather clingy. Don’t be surprised if you soon have a fluffy shadow following you everywhere soon after bringing home a Cavoodle. About Cavachons: The Cavachon is a mixed breed dog–a cross between the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and Bichon Frise dog breeds. Compact, spunky, and full of fun, these pups inherited some of the best traits from both of their parents. Cavachons are loving and playful, and they make the perfect pet for families and city dwellers who live in small apartments. Let’s first have a look at the character and temperament of their ancestors in order to better understand what makes the Cavachon so popular. Cavachons are intelligent, playful, and overall merry. They get along perfectly with other canine companions, but also with children.
