I'm Lauren R., the breeder behind Cornerstone Australian Shepherds located in Deland, FL. Our dogs are our family first. I breed 1 letter only every 1-2 years with an emphasis on health and quality, personality, and breed standard. My dogs are my family and breed to be able to provide you with your next family member as well!
Q. & A. with Lauren
Why did you start breeding?
After buying my first Aussie, I realized there was a shortage on breeders who focused on a quality, healthy, well adjusted Aussie. I wanted to be able to provide that, especially to families with kids. I try to keep my prices lower as well so in these tough financial times, people can still get a pup!
What makes your program special?
Genetic tested parents, AKC and ASCA registered. Raised in my home and exposed to everything possible so that there is no timid or shy puppy coming to your home. I place a large emphasis on the personality of my dogs.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include red merle, blue merle, black tri-color, and red tri-color. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
