I'm Donna M., the breeder behind Cornish Mountain Labradors located in Oxford, GA. Our dogs are bred for health, temperament, and intelligence. We strive to produce the best overall pets and family members. The loyalty and loving disposition of this breed are simply the best! We put a great deal of effort into raising our litters to ensure our puppy families will have the best experience raising their new family members.

Why did you start breeding?
I wanted to have 1 litter of puppies a little over a year ago. I enjoyed raising those puppies and finding them awesome homes so much that I decided to continue breeding.What makes your program special?
Our dogs are a huge part of our family. They live indoors with us and some would say, they are a little spoiled. I just say they are very loved. We breed and raise our puppies in the same environment. All our puppies are born and raised in our home.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include black and yellow. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?

Getting a puppy from Donna
Donna has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.
Donna partners with buyers to find the best match as the puppies develop and their personalities take shape. Typically, matches are finalized when the puppies reach about 7 weeks old.
“We take great care in placing each puppy with the right family. Puppies are matched once they are old enough for us to evaluate their temperaments and personalities - typically around 6-7 weeks. ”
Price
“The price includes AKC limited registration, vet check, first round of shots, deworming, health guarantee, going home basket with blanket, toy with littermates' scent, birth records, small bag of food. Deposits will be assigned to the litter picked by the buyer. If there is not a puppy whelped that is the color/gender desired, then the deposit can be refunded or assigned to another litter.”

This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. Litter update on 26 Mar •…This litter is absolutely awesome! They are eating their food really well. They are all confident and will explore new places without fear. They are handling new noises well too. They are all so loving and cuddly. Everyone is gaining weight and doing well.

Duke is a beautiful black lab who loves everyone. He loves to play fetch, run, swim and be with his human. He is a big boy, but is as gentle as a lamb.

About Harper
Harper is a very cuddly, loving English Labrador. She loves playing fetch, swimming, going on walks and cuddling with people. She is very active but also loves to lay next to her human and really enjoys being a lap dog. Harper has a great pedigree with Championship bloodlines. She is a great dog and very obedient. She walks/runs/plays off leash on our property daily and her recall is excellent. She is a good all round lab!

About Maggie
Maggie is a beautiful, black labrador retriever. She is super sweet, loves to run, play, swim and fetch. She is good with children, other dogs, and all people. Maggie was trained for duck hunting, but it is not something that she loves, so she no longer is a working dog. Her favorite thing to do is to be with her people and cuddle. She is a strong swimmer and enjoys swimming whenever she is allowed.

About Iris
Iris is a beautiful, yellow lab. She is very loving and sweet. She loves to play fetch, swim, and play with other dogs. Oh, did I mention, swim and play fetch! She would swim everyday if the weather permitted and we let her. She loves to cuddle and get lots of belly rubs too. Iris has a natural therapy dog instinct and is excellent around children.

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.

Donna is an amazing breeder! She is knowledgeable and extremely attentive to detail, regarding all things puppy. It is apparent that the health and wellbeing of her dogs and puppies is top priority. Donna was lovely to work with through the entire process. She was very responsive and kept me updated from the breeding to pickup.
