Meet the breeder

I'm Cynthia O., the breeder behind Country Cottage Toy Poodles & Moodles located in Clatskanie, OR. Our dogs are our constant companions and our puppies are raised in our home with careful planning and lots of TLC, socializing with children and other dogs large & small. I have been working with dogs for over 40 years. Our dogs health and happiness is my priority.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    Companion dogs, mostly rescue dogs, have been part of my family heritage for generations. I started my own breeding program in 1993. After years of working with many different breeds of dogs, I have settled on a small pack of toy poodles and Moodles and I am excited to offer excellent quality puppies.

  • What makes your program special?

    Many experienced breeders are behind my dogs and with many years of experience working with dogs, I believe that I can offer poodles & Moodles that will live long and happy lives, giving people years of joy!

  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Poodle puppies are toy size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Poodle puppies include apricot, black, brown, cream, red, white, and parti. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home and guardian homes.

Getting a puppy from Cynthia

Cynthia has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Cynthia partners with them to find the best puppy match.

“Puppies are evaluated around 8 weeks, and we spend time with each puppy and prospective families to unsure that they get the right family.”

Price

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $500 - $3,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“The price includes the guarantee, CKC registration if available, first vaccination/s, & puppy pack. Deposit is refunded only if breeder backs out of sale.”

Cynthia may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.
