I'm Anne O., the breeder behind Country Sweet Havanese and Creative Coaching located in Clermont, FL. We raise our dogs with love in our home. We have high expectations for our pups and strive to pair each one with a loving family. Our focus is on breeding healthy and happy puppies that can bring just as much joy to their families as our dogs do for us.

Why did you start breeding?
By chance! I have always wanted to but felt a conflict in my heart if it was ethical or not based on the number of dogs in the shelter. However, I also wanted to at least experience it. When I was no longer able to teach due to my medical disability; I decided it would be the perfect opportunity. Havanese turned out to be the perfect breed for me and my family.What makes your program special?
All my pups and dogs are raised in my home. Since I stay home full time as well as my son puppies always have access human interaction. I value temperament and health. I know my education background and my love for animals and learning make me a perfect fit to be an excellent breeder. As I downsize, I would like to specialized in therapy dogs and serve my community (children and retirees)

Getting a puppy from Anne
Anne has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.
Price
Puppy prices include a $450 non-refundable deposit and between $1,750 - $2,750 final payment, before taxes & fees.
“Pricing depends on many factors - supply and demand, pick of the litter, promotions, location, and referral based pricing, and the individual story of the pup. Most puppies range between $2000 to $3500.00 for limited AKC Registration. Waitlist fee is $100 and $350 is due around 4-6 weeks olds. Or $450 if not on waitlist see contract.”

Anne may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. Litter update on 21 Mar. •…As we transition to our elite emotional support puppy program we have a few puppies left in this price range. Due to a passing of a loved one , these pups are just being advertised now. A few have already sold, so come get your puppy. We will not have many puppies during the summer or fall due to my new vision. Feel free to reach out to me anytime. Patellar Luxation
Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.

My husband and I have an 11 year old Havanese who we love. We have been looking for another Havanese casually for sometime. I decided to look for an AKC Havanese on line. I found the Good dog website with several beautiful Havanese dogs. I was looking at come home dates for end of December. I showed my husband the sight on Good dogs. While he was browsing the puppies he found a beautiful puppy, under Anne at Country Sweet Havanese. My husband immediately fell in love with this beautiful copper/sable dog by the name of Honey crisp. He had me sign up to receive information, while I was still inputting information our phone rang, it was Ann. Ann was extremely kind, and wanted to help us find a new sweet puppy to bring home. My husband said he would come the next to pick up the puppy. Ann enforced him she was going to Ga. Since she came within two miles of our house. Ann offered to meet us on her way to GA. I can’t express enough how helpful, and prepared Ann was to make sure we had everything we needed to bring a new puppy home. Our little girl after two weeks is so healthy, happy, and adjusting to her new home. Ann was a big part of us getting this playful happy Havanese. I can’t say enough wonderful things about my experience with Anne! I live in Pennsylvania and recently brought home the best Havanese puppy, Lolli. From the very beginning, Anne made the entire process smooth, thoughtful, and reassuring. While we were waiting for Lolli’s delivery day, both Anne and her son were incredibly accommodating—sending us plenty of pictures and videos so we could feel connected. Anne also went above and beyond to coordinate a travel plan, arranging for her son to fly up with Lolli so she could be delivered safely and comfortably. Lolli arrived happy, healthy, and already so well-socialized—it’s clear she was raised in a loving, attentive environment. Anne is a lovely person and wonderful to do business with. She responded to my inquiry about her Biewer Terrier puppy very quickly, and because I live in New York (she’s in Orlando), I wasn’t able to meet her until I flew down to pick her up, so Anne sent photos and videos regularly and kept me updated with my puppy’s progress and activities. I picked up my little Ruby and met Anne at the Orlando Airport in October. You can tell a lot about a breeder by the behavior of her puppies. Mine was (and is) one of the sweetest and most well adjusted dog I’d ever met. She was very friendly and adapted to me and her new surroundings almost immediately. This was a puppy that had been psocialized and loved from birth. Today, she’s thriving. She’s in excellent health. She’s very active, and she loves everyone. She’s a smart, beautiful dog, and I can’t bring her anywhere without people fussing over her. Anne loves and takes excellent care of her dogs. When I picked up my Ruby, Anne brought along her mama as well as one of her Havanese mamas. Both were also beautiful dogs and extremely social. She is an exceptional breeder, and while I’m not sure if she’s still breeding Biewers, I would highly recommend one of her Havanese puppies.

I was very nervous about getting a puppy online and anxious awaiting her arrival, but I’m happy to say that the process went well and I now have a sweet, adorable, playful, and healthy puppy. I found Country Sweet Havanese on the internet. I have to say once I spoke to Anne in Length - I felt she was a reputable breeder. Anne is ethical ,caring and loves her dogs !!
