I'm Kezli H., the breeder behind Couture Border Collies located in San Leandro, CA. We offer purpose-bred Border Collies to conformation, sport, working, and active pet homes. All our dogs are our pride and joy! Our dogs are health tested beyond CHIC standards and are proven in multiple venues. This includes conformation, dock diving, fastCAT, barn hunt, scent work, herding, and even doing successful therapy work.

Why did you start breeding?
After getting my first Border Collie as an adult, I fell in love with the breed. I devoted every day to learning more and more and absorbing information from long-time breeder mentors. While I am still a newbie in the breed, I am open, honest, and willing to learn. All of my dogs will be proven to the utmost ability in multiple venues.What makes your program special?
All of my dogs are carefully selected and health screened before even thinking of being bred. I want to produce dogs that are future family members— with great stable temperaments with that smart keen trait border collies are known for.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and guardian homes.
Getting a puppy from Kezli
Kezli has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $1,500 - $2,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.

About Delilah
Delilah is one of our foundation girls at Couture Border Collies. She has an exceptional temperament, great handler focus, and is medium-high toy and food drive. She excels at everything thrown her way-- whether it be dock diving, conformation, barnhunt, scentwork, herding, fastCAT, etc. she's down to play. Delilah has been trained for therapy work due to how fantastic her temperement is and how much she adores people and young children. Delilah has fantastic recovery from stressful situations and doesn't shy away from anything. She is eager to please and has great handler-focus. Currently we are dedicating time to backend titles. Delilah earned both majors in the 9-12 month puppy class, then finished her AKC Champion title in October of 2024 at 16 months old. Delilah is a lovely honest dog with correct movement, great rear angles, gorgeous substance, balanced front angles, moderate head type and a correct rough coat. Delilah was bred by Gail Hollon, of Omegamtn Border Collies. We are so blessed to have Delilah as part of our family.

Hip Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Eye Examination (rDVM, not registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Cardiac Evaluation (rDVM, not registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
Shoulder Osteochondrosis
A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.
