I’ve been home with my baby, Bandit (now Clover), for two weeks and am completely over the moon with him! I had a wonderful experience working with Ethan. He puts the health and well-being of his dachshunds at the forefront, and his communication and support from start to finish were exceptional. He went above and beyond to make the pickup and transition as smooth and stress-free as possible, and I’m so grateful for all of his care and support. Ethan spoke with such pride and joy about Clover’s dam and sire, and it’s clear how much he loves and cares for his dachshund family. It’s also abundantly clear how well cared for Clover was before coming home with me. My boy is incredibly snuggly, playful, affectionate, smart, and full of spunk and energy. From the moment I brought him home, it was clear that he had been well socialized and handled with care. I’m honestly amazed by how seamlessly he has adjusted to my New York City lifestyle. He is so comfortable being out and about, and I’ve been especially impressed by how relaxed and confident he is when experiencing new people, sounds, and environments. I’ve carried him around my busy neighborhood, taken him on the subway and in the car, and brought him to my office a few days a week, as well as to art galleries and the lake. He is sweet and social with everyone and doesn’t seem reactive to the hustle and bustle around him. He loves the attention, and is the belle of the ball wherever he goes! It’s very evident to me that he was raised in a stable, nurturing environment and given a wonderful foundation of socialization. He also seamlessly slept through the night in his kennel from day one, which I certainly wasn’t expecting from such a young puppy! I also really appreciate the thoughtful guidance Ethan provided around vaccinations, neutering, and overall health, with Clover’s development and long-term well-being at the forefront. I’m so thankful I chose Ethan as Clover’s breeder and couldn’t be happier with my experience. Seeing how well Clover has adjusted has made me appreciate the wonderful foundation Ethan gave him. I feel very lucky to have him and very grateful for my experience working with Ethan.

Ethan was fantastic to work with, and made getting my first dog on my own out of college a breeze. It’s obvious how much he loves the breed. My miniature dachshund puppy, Waylon, bonded with me hard immediately and came home about 90% potty trained, which was such a pleasant surprise. He was so responsive throughout the process, and Waylon has had so many great experiences over the past two months. Waylon loves to play hard, cuddle at night, go for car rides, and soak up belly rubs from anyone he meets. Seeing his excitement to see me at lunch and after work gives me a second wind! If you’re in the Midwest looking for a mini, I’d definitely recommend reaching out to Ethan. He raises great pups!

We have officially been home with Beau for one week, and I couldn’t be happier with our experience bringing this little sausage home! I had the pleasure of working with Ethan throughout the entire process. We even decided to make the drive to where Beau was being raised so we could meet him, love on him, and help him feel safe and comfortable on the long drive home. From the very beginning, Ethan was quick to respond, always prompt with answers, and made the entire experience feel smooth and easy. Most importantly, you can truly tell how much love, care, and gentle handling these babies receive. Beau came home such a sweet, happy little angel, and it was obvious he had been surrounded by so much love. Even his new vet office has commented on what a sweet, perfect little boy he is, which honestly just makes my heart so happy 💙 We are beyond happy with our experience and absolutely adore our little guy. If you’re looking for your own little sausage friend, I can’t recommend working with Ethan enough.

Ethan was awesome to work with. I went to meet Bentley and fell in love instantly. I brought him home that day. Archie (formerly Bentley) just turned 7 months old and I'm so thankful he's a lil clingy. It's just what I need after losing my doxie, Duncan last yr. He's brought much love and laughter to this house. He has a big brother, Noah a 1 yr old cat. They're are so good to each other and best friends. I'm so thankful I came across this profile on Good Dog. Thank you for working with me and allowing me the privilege of being Archie's mom.
