I'm Kelli A., the breeder behind Creekside Aussies located in Ellensburg, WA. Our dogs are health tested and structurally correct. We strive for excellent temperaments and well balanced puppies. Our dogs are not just dogs, but part of the family. They come inside the house and they go outside to play in a big yard with toys and a swimming pool in the summer months. They also have access to an inside/outside area that is climate controlled. They can be inside with heating or air or outside in the fresh air.
Q. & A. with Kelli
Why did you start breeding?
Years ago our good friend and mentor was into breeding dashounds and we observed all the practices she did. We decided to become breeders after much research on the breed, what it takes to become a reputable breeder, and proper set up. We have a room in the house where our females can whelp and be safe and comfortable for the first month of the puppies lives. Then we move them out to a climate controlled kennel with individual runs where they can be inside or outside to play with their toys, interact with each other, and sleep inside on their comfy beds.
What makes your program special?
We pride ourselves on well structured dogs with phenomenal temperaments. We do not over breed and give the females time off to be a dog and not just a mom.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include black & white, red merle, blue merle, black tri-color, and red tri-color. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Sydney, mom
Australian Shepherd
About Sydney
Sydney is a gentle souled girl that loves quiet time and isn’t hyper at all. She would rather just snuggle on the couch with her kittens or her humans watching TV rather than go run like crazy. But she does enjoy a good game of tag from time to time with her sibling brother.

I don’t pick up my pup until March 14 which she was gracious to hold onto him for me until then. Kelli has been in contact with me almost every day with photos, videos and updates. She has gone above and beyond my expectations caring for my pup until I retrieve him. I would definitely recommend her. Her rates are reasonable, and her litters are well cared for and healthy! I highly recommend and if I ever adopt again I will be going through Kelli from Creekside Aussies! Thanks Kelli! To see more follow her on Facebook at Creekside Aussies

Our experience with Kelli was AMAZING. Our puppy Oakley is one of the best things that have ever happened to us. He was clean, healthy and well socialized when we picked him up. We have had him now for 4 months and he has learned so much and is such a smart puppy. Kelli was great about keeping us updated with photos and videos of our baby prior to being able to pick him up. We are already planning on getting a second puppy with Kelli towards the end of the year.
Health testing is one key piece of responsible breeding and is performed on breeding dogs to prevent the presence of heritable conditions in their puppies.
