Q. & A. with Angel
Why did you start breeding?
I have always been a huge animal lover ever since I was a little girl. I was especially drawn to dogs. They just always made me happy. My husband and I got our first dog when we got married, it was a lab and then everyone started breeding labradoodles. We decided to get a poodle and try them. I was not a huge fan of their demeanor or coats so then we got a retriever and started doing Golden doodles and after much research decided to do F1B’s and f1b minis because they shed less.
What makes your program special?
My program is special because I treat all my dogs like family. My dogs are not just part of a breeding program or a paycheck to me. I work with them and make sure they have good temperaments and are healthy and if I do not feel they would be a good mom dog, I won’t use them. I would rather them not be bred and go to a loving family then be stressed out having puppies. I also do not just breed dogs to breed dogs. I make sure I have potential buyers lined up for future litters. I do strict contracts with my puppies that if they do not work out for any reason, no matter how old they get, I’ll take the dog back. I do not ever want my puppies ending up in a shelter. I sell them to families in hopes that it will be their forever home but I do know on occasion life circumstances can change and I want them to know they are not stuck, I am here and will help find the puppy/dog another loving home if theirs doesn’t work out.
What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies include petite and miniature sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include apricot, red, and merle. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and guardian homes.
