I'm Cristy R., the breeder behind Cristy’s Yorkies located in Dexter, MO. Our dogs are bred for temperament, companions and for the love of the breed of Yorkshire terriers. We love to make dreams come true at Cristy’s Yorkies.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    I used to be an office manger and surgery assistant for veterinarian Dr Wilson in Kennett, MO and worked for him for 6years and owned a pet store on the other side of his clinic and started breeding Yorkies them.

  • What makes your program special?

    My babies are bred in my home and treated like my own till they go to their furever homes and I make all their own food and give them all holistic stuff with strawberries and blueberries and bananas and I make sure every puppy goes home with a puppy kit toy, blanket with mothers smell and food, first shots and dewormed tails and dew claws removed by licensed Veterinarian. They are all socialized and most people tell me that once leaving my house potty training is a breeze because I train them on washable pee pads.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include gold, tan and white, chocolate, tan and white, chocolate and tan, parti, black and gold, and blue and gold. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Cristy

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Cristy partners with them to find the best puppy match.

Puppy prices include a $250 non-refundable deposit and between $750 - $3,250 final payment, before taxes & fees.
Pay over time with Klarna.

“The price includes AKC paperwork, first shots, dewormed, tails and dew claws removed and puppies are pad trained and socialized. We give a puppy packet with a toy, blanket with mothers sent and food. We ask 250.00 to 500.00 deposit depending on the price of the pup and it’s non refundable we except Cash App, some instances mailed checks.”

Contract & health guarantee

Cristy may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.
