Stephanie was so helpful from the very beginning. This particular puppy was for my daughter and she really listened to our story to ensure both the puppy and my daughter were a good fit. She did a great job sending “pupdates” so we knew what kind of personality our puppy was growing into and felt part of the process. She always responded quickly to questions and requests. We came from 7 hours away and she was flexible with when to pick up the puppy as we navigated travel plans. It was worth it as she was so easy and pleasant to work with!
