I'm Kelly F., the breeder behind Cross Bar located in Ottumwa, IA. We are a small family ranch that enjoys raising quality toy Aussies that are highly socialized in our home from day 1. The sweet, loyal, and playful disposition of our dogs inspired us to begin responsibly breeding to expand the breed and share them with others.

Why did you start breeding?
I have had a love for the breed since I was small. Aussies have always been a part of my life. When I discovered toys I started raising them. We love to provide family’s with the perfect dog to fit their life.
What makes your program special?
I breed for temperament and quality. First and foremost I want amazing dispositions to make family pets. We only raise quality health tested dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and a kennel on my property.
Getting a puppy from Kelly

Puppy prices include a $300 non-refundable deposit and between $700 - $2,200 final payment, before taxes & fees.

Cardiac Evaluation (rDVM, not registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
Patellar Luxation
Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.
DNA Disease Panel, Multiple Drug Sensitivity (MDR1)
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
