I'm Mandy S., the breeder behind Cross Road Country Aussie's located in Eubank, KY. We are home-based breeders dedicated to bringing healthy, loving, and high-quality Australian Shepherds into the homes and hearts of their forever families. We love our dogs and are passionate about raising our puppies to be the best family companions.

Why did you start breeding?
I have always had a love for the aussie breed since I was a young girl. I got my first aussie when I was 10 years old and it was love at first meet. I didn't get into breeding until after my last child was leaving for college and thought I would look into sharing the love of this breed with others. So I started doing my research and that's when my program started to form and I love it.What makes your program special?
Our dogs aren't just for breeding they are our pets first. They aren't left in kennels all the time and we never chain them up. They come in the house or roam the land and at night are put in kennels for safety reasons.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include black, red merle, blue merle, and red. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and a kennel on my property.

About Jaxs
Jaxs is our gentle giant. He loves everyone but doesn't realize his size and likes to rub up against you and before you know it you are being pushed lol. Loves to be talked to and play fetch, sometimes he likes to play keep away and won't share the toys with the girls. He loves when the granddaughters come over he lets them just lay on him and play. He is the loudest of them all and lets us know when something or someone is in our yard. We just love our big boy and he passes that loveable trait on to his babies as well.

About Duke
Duke is my player he doesn't know when to stop. The moment you walk outside he is looking for a toy in hopes you'll play with him. When he is in the house it's like the play switch turns off and he's a big couch potato. He does have a higher drive than some of my other dogs which is great because he will be starting to train on cattle soon. It takes a bit for him to warm up to people but that's okay with us

Mandy was fantastic to work with. She was very knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions that we had. You can tell that her dogs and puppies are very well cared for and loved. Our puppy is so loveable, friendly, and has the best personality. You can tell that she spent a lot of time with the puppies. Our puppy has also been super easy to potty train. Having her litter box trained was so helpful! Mandy still reaches out to us to check on the puppy and see how things are going. She is always very willing to help and answer questions. +8Mandy was very transparent about EVERYTHING. I fell in love with Moose, the tri color with two different colored eyes. He has a heart murmur and she told me ahead of time and gave me the opportunity to choose another dog from the litter if I wanted to choose a different. Communication was very clear. Pickup went so smoothly. She actually drove and met me in Tennessee since I am located in Florida. If I ever look for another Aussie, I will definitely check her out first!
