I'm Susan C., the breeder behind Crout Kennels located in Gilbert, SC. We ensure the health of our puppies by first completing genetic health screenings of their parents. Our puppies are born in our home and become integral members of our family. They’re a daily part of everything we do until they’re ready to join their forever families.

Labrador Retriever
About Cami
Cami is a very sweet natured girl. She was bred and born in our home. She is playful and active, but then will snuggle on the couch with you or lay under the desk while you work. She loves being close to her people. She is on the smaller side at about 65 lbs, and she is FAST!! We are excited about her upcoming breeding, which will be an artificial insemination. More details to come!!

Labrador Retriever
About Romie
Romie is a female Labrador Retriever over 6 years old. Carefully selected as a great representative of her breed, Susan decided to make her part of their program. Susan has passed Good Dog’s screening process, which involved a review of their breeding practices, environment, and the mental and physical health of their dogs.

Labrador Retriever
About Birdie
Birdie is the perfect mix of active and chill. She loves swimming and the water and if there is any water nearby, she will find it. Birdie loves to cuddle in the bed with her human and does not realize that she is not a lapdog. She gets along well with other dogs and humans. She has the drive and motivation needed to be a great hunting dog and companion.
