We strive to produce healthy, intelligent puppies that are able to integrate comfortably into a variety of age groups, households, and lifestyles All of my puppy’s will come as pet only Unless asked otherwise will be extra depending on the puppy.   • Why did you start breeding?

    I bought my first dachshund and my husband actually ended up talking me into it, and I had fell inlove with it and ended up keeping 2 baby’s from her and trading another baby for a male and waited until they were fully mature and ready and that is how my program started

  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Our puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat types in your program?

    Our puppies include smooth and longhaired coat varieties. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include piebald, red, brindle, chocolate and tan, fawn (isabella) and tan, black and tan, and dapple. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Shelby

Shelby has been certified by Good Dog's screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you're ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Puppy prices include a $350 non-refundable deposit and between $1,150 - $2,450 final payment, before taxes & fees.

"This price includes health guarantee, vet checks, microchip, flea and heart worm pill, all of my puppy’s will come as pet only unless discussed otherwise. Deposits are non refundable unless something happens to puppy under my care then it is refunded. I have contracts in place for your protection and mine."

    If you’re thinking about getting a pup from Shelby… do it! Very easy to work with, always responsive, and our pup is perfect.     I just got my puppy on 7/19. It was love at first sight! Shelby was great to work with and was very attentive to every detail of getting my puppy home. I am amazed at how well adjusted Bear is. He came potty pad trained and is sooo smart. Just a few days in and he has almost learned to go up the steps to get to my bed. One more step go! He interacts with our other dog and cat very well.
