Meet the breeder

I'm Jenne Black & Cynthia Czarda, the breeder behind Cynazar Goldens located in North Brunswick, NJ. All Cynazar Golden Retrievers are OFA Excellent & Good. We certify hips, elbows, eyes, hearts, patellas, shoulders, thyroids, & DNA + COI. We take the health of our dogs very seriously. Health and longevity are our number one priority. We put every effort into raising your ultimate family companion!

Q. & A. with Jenne Black & Cynthia Czarda

  • Why did you start breeding?

My mom, Cynthia Czarda, began breeding in 1981. In search of a breed with predictable health, she and her best friend got involved with Golden Retrievers right after I was born. As an only child, I grew up learning a lifetime's worth of knowledge and first-hand experience. In the wake of my mom's passing in 2020, it is now my responsibility to continue -and improve upon- her amazing hard work.
  • What makes your program special?

Cynazar has been around since 1981, and we've spent 20 years fine-tuning our Golden bloodlines. We do NOT practice inbreeding/line breeding, because our first priority is health and longevity. Our puppy matching process is very involved to ensure ideal compatibility. We are always here for our owners with expert advice and support 24/7. Our motto is "Quality first; We have an eye for perfection."
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
