I'm Peggy F., the breeder behind CYPRESS FALLs YORKIES located in Orange, TX. CYPRESS FALLs YORKIES, in Southeast Texas, is located in the Little Cypress area of Orange, Texas, along the Gulf Coast. I am a very small in-home hobby breeder striving to perfect the breed and am deligent in making sure their lineage is of the upmost quality. Our yorkie pups are raised in our home as part of our family and are registered with the AKC. Each one is given individual time, love, and attention so they will be well socialized and able to adapt to their new homes. We strive to find the right home for each pup with the objective that they will go to loving homes and both the new family and the pup will have years of love and companionship. We interview the new owners to assure that we have a good match. They have a beautiful European lineage of champions. Their Grand Dam, Kaili, was imported from Russia and has an outstanding pedigree with Russian and European champions throughout her ancestry. And thier Grand Sire, Finn, is out of Lilli who also has beautiful European and Russian champion lineage one of which is out of Dare to Dream Stribrne Prani and another Denstail Indigo. They also have champion lineage from the USA and Canada. While a breeder cannot guarantee size, most of our pups usually weigh between 4 and 6 pounds at maturity. Breeder support and a continued effort to enhance the breed are the main objectives of our program. We hope to stay connected to our buyers long after the puppy goes home!

  • Why did you start breeding?

    I have always loved this breed. Our family had schnauzers and yorkies when our children were home. After they went on their own, I decided it was time for me to do what I always wanted...start a breeding program of this adorable breed.

  • What makes your program special?

    I strive to breed the best quality of yorkies. It takes a lot of time, patience, dedication and most of all lots and lots of love.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include blue and gold and black and gold. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home and a kennel on my property.

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $1,500 - $4,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“This price includes a copy of AKC pedigree, age appropriate required puppy shots, a well check from our vet, food the puppy is currently on and other misc items. All of our puppies are different prices.”
