We are passionate about raising exceptional Dachshund and Pomeranian puppies with a strong focus on health, temperament, beauty, and quality bloodlines. We are proud to be USDA licensed and committed to maintaining high standards ensuring all puppies are AKC or other registered.

Why did you start breeding?
Our love for dogs naturally led us into breeding. We started in 2012 after falling in love with the personalities and companionship that Dachshunds and Pomeranians bring to a family. We wanted to responsibly preserve the qualities we admired most: great temperaments, sound structure, beauty, and healthy bloodlines. While raising puppies that are well-socialized and deeply loved from the start.What makes your program special?
We focus on quality and carefully select our lines for health, temperament, and breed. Every puppy is raised with care, socialization, and attention from birth. Our dogs are AKC and ACA registered, purebred, and health checked before going home. As a USDA licensed breeder, we are committed to maintaining high standards and producing exceptional Dachshunds and Pomeranians families can cherish for years.What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our Dachshund puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our Dachshund puppies include piebald, chocolate, chocolate and tan, blue and cream, black and tan, and dapple. Pomeranian puppies include cream, orange sable, and cream sable. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?

Chris & John has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.
After buyers complete the application and screening process, Chris & John partners with them to find the best puppy match.

“His price includes guarantee, AKC or ACA limited registration, full vet check from certified license veterinarian, shots, immunizations, dewormings, etc. A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a puppy and remove them from availability. This deposit secures your commitment to the puppy.”

Dachs and Poms reports to performing the health tests below on their breeding dogs. Ask your breeder about the tests performed on the parents of your litter. Learn more about health testing for Dachshunds.
Hip Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Eye Examination (rDVM, not registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Cardiac Evaluation (rDVM, not registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
Patellar Luxation
Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.
Vet Wellness Exam
A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.
DNA Disease Panel
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
