I'm Heather Y., the breeder behind Dachshund Dreams (miniature) located in Bruceton, TN. We have been raising doxie puppies since 2018. All pups are raised in our home under foot with lots of love. They are well socialized with other dogs, cats and children. Here at Dachshund Dreams we test over 270 genetic health tests, ancestry and traits! We always thrive to breed healthier pups!

    Our puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat types in your program?

    Our puppies include wirehaired, smooth, and longhaired coat varieties. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include piebald, red, black, chocolate, fawn (isabella) and tan, chocolate and tan, blue and tan, blue and cream, black and tan, and dapple. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Heather

Heather has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Heather partners with them to find the best puppy match.

Price

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $900 - $2,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“Puppies will have first shots by a vet, preventative routine deworming starting at age 2 weeks, small baggie of puppy food and a blanket. Puppies will also be well socialized with other dogs, children and cats. A $500 non refundable deposit will reserve your puppy of choice. This amount will be deducted from the asking price of your puppy. The remaining balance is due upon pick up or before puppy leaves our home.”

Heather may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.
