  • Why did you start breeding?

    My love for dachshunds inspired me to begin breeding. I wanted to preserve the breed's wonderful temperament while producing healthy companions for families. Over the years I have continued to learn about genetics, health testing, puppy development, and responsible breeding practices.

  • What makes your program special?

    My puppies are raised in my home with daily handling and socialization. I prioritize health, temperament, and matching each puppy with the right family. I provide ongoing support to my puppy families and maintain a lifetime return policy so that every dog always has a safe place to go if circumstances change.

  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Our puppies include miniature and standard sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Chelsea

Chelsea has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

Chelsea partners with buyers to find the best match as the puppies develop and their personalities take shape. Typically, matches are finalized when the puppies reach about 7 weeks old.

Puppy prices include a $750 non-refundable deposit and between $1,750 - $3,550 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“Price includes AKC registration, age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming, veterinary wellness exam, health records, puppy starter kit, and lifetime breeder support. Puppies are raised in our home with daily handling and socialization. The $750 non-refundable deposit reserves your selected puppy. The deposit is applied toward the purchase price, with the remaining balance due before pickup. Deposits may be transferred to a future litter at breeder discretion.”

Chelsea may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.
