Mandy was great to work with. At first sight we fell in love with our new puppy, renamed Winky after the house elf in Harry Potter! We have another daschund whose name is Dobby, yup, named after another house elf in Harry Potter! When we first got Winky, she curled up on my daughter's neck and stayed there the whole way home! Once we got home and she got used to us, she came right out of her shell. She is mischievous, energetic, and a terror to our other dog! We love watching her chase him around and walk on his back while he grumbles at her!
