I'm Laurie E., the breeder behind Dackelbrook Dachshunds located in Bucks County, PA. I strive to produce quality puppies that are structurally sound, healthy, intuitive and have wonderful temperaments. My ultimate goal is to produce athletic and well-structured canines that can excel within various performance venues and have the ability to be the greatest family companions.

Why did you start breeding?
I am very involved in showing and competing in performance sports with my wonderful dogs. Although I am fairly new to breeding, I am enthusiastic about ethically sharing my love for Dachshunds with the world.
What makes your program special?
I pride myself on helping all of my clients find the right fit for their needs and lifestyle. I am a proud breeder of Dachshunds and am so excited to share my love of them. I have had dachshunds in my life since the day I was born. My heavy involvement in the show and performance world speaks to the standards to which I breed my dogs. I will always stand behind my puppies and I am dedicated to always having responsible policies when it comes to breeding, socializing, and training my pups. I love what I do and truly want the very best for my puppies and their forever families.
What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat types in your program?
Our puppies have longhaired coats. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.

Our puppies include cream and red. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $1,500 - $2,500 final payment, before taxes & fees.

Laurie may provide a written contract or
health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps
protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you
both have a clear understanding of the terms of your
puppy purchase. If Laurie offers a contract
or guarantee, the details will be personalized by them.

Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
