Why did you start breeding?
I wanted to get into breeding after years of rescues, so many dogs with poor temperaments, i really wanted to better the dog world.What makes your program special?

“Our puppies are priced on average $1,800, and that price reflects much more than simply the puppy itself. Each puppy is raised with individual attention, daily handling and socialization, quality food, a clean and safe environment, and appropriate veterinary care. We also put a great deal of thought into our breeding program, including temperament, structure, coat, and genetics, with the goal of producing healthy, well rounded mini long haired Dachshunds. Our puppies are CKC registered, and we invest both time and money into giving them the best possible start before they ever leave for their new families. We understand that is an investment, but our pricing reflects the care, commitment, and responsibility that goes into raising each puppy, not just the puppy you take home, but everything that happens before they get there.”

DNA Disease Panel
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
