I'm Hannah C., the breeder behind Daisy's Doxies located in Floral City, FL. Our puppies are raised in our home as part of our family. From birth, they are surrounded by love, attention, and daily socialization. They are exposed to different sounds, experiences, and environments to help them transition confidently into their new homes. Raised alongside children, other dogs, and cats, our puppies develop friendly, loving temperaments. They are handled daily, played with often, and given plenty of affection to help them become well-adjusted family companions.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    I got into breeding after buying my first dachshund and instantly falling in love with her. I wanted to be a stay-at-home mom, so I began researching breeding and reaching out to experienced dachshund breeders for guidance and support. After learning from reliable mentors and gaining hands-on experience over the years, I had my first litter and completely fell in love with the process and purpose behind raising happy, healthy puppies for families.

  • What makes your program special?

    What makes our breeding program special is the love and care each puppy receives from day one. Our puppies are raised in our home with children, dogs, and cats, helping them become well-socialized family companions. We prioritize health, temperament, and finding the perfect match for each family while providing ongoing support throughout the process.

  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Our puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat types in your program?

    Our puppies have longhaired coats. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include cream, red, black, chocolate, chocolate and tan, blue and tan, and dapple. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home and guardian homes.

Getting a puppy from Hannah

Hannah has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Hannah partners with them to find the best puppy match.

“My goal is to match each puppy with the family that best fits their unique personality. I take the time to get to know every puppy as they grow so I can help ensure they are placed in a home where they will thrive and become a cherished member of the family.”

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $2,000 - $4,500 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“With your puppy purchase, your puppy will receive a complete veterinary exam, first round of vaccinations, and first round of deworming before going home. This deposit holds your puppy for you. After you have sent in this deposit, the puppy is officially yours and is no longer for sale. Deposits are nonrefundable.”

This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.   • Hip Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)

    Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.

  • Elbow Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)

    Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.

  • Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)

    Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.

  • Cardiac Evaluation (rDVM, not registered with OFA)

    Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.

  • Patellar Luxation

    Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.

    Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).

    Hannah was absolutely wonderful to work with. Our little Theodore is happy & healthy. He came home already using puppy pads and was crate trained.     Hannah was amazing to work with! She invited me into her house to meet my puppy before the bringing him home. You can tell she really cares so deeply about not only her dogs but also the puppies. She was always sending me updates and pictures. I was able to watch my little guy grow until I could bring him home!!     Hannah honestly was the BEST experience I’ve ever had with purchasing a puppy. She was so kind, and didn’t rush the process whatsoever, she stayed and chatted with us for around 45 minutes and was truly excited and happy for us… she even recommended us other breeders for another puppy we want to purchase!!     Hannah was incredibly easy to work with and helped us find our sweet baby and bring her home! She made the entire process clear and simple, and guided us every step of the way in finding the perfect addition to our family. We had been working with her since before the puppies were even born, and she kept us in the loop the whole time! she let us know the coats she expected in the litter, which helped us choose her as our breeder. Once the puppies arrived, she immediately let us know and sent lots of pictures throughout the entire process. Hannah also allowed us to come meet our puppy ‘Pink’ (now named Bonita) before she was ready to go home, which made us even more excited for the day we could finally bring her home. We were able to see how the puppies were being socialized in her home; around kids, other littermates, and even a cat, which made us feel so much more comfortable introducing her to the same environment in our own home. This was such a great experience, and we are so glad we went through Hannah on Good Dog! I will definitely be recommending her to anyone looking for a puppy!
