I'm Donna S., the breeder behind Dakini’s Kennel located in Massachusetts. We enjoy showing our dogs, and they are our companions in every adventure. We do all we can to give our dogs and pups the best lives. Our program is dedicated to only breeding dogs that we know are exemplary representations of the standard and will make a positive contribution to their line and to the families who love them. We care deeply about our dogs and puppies, and we want only the best for them and for our buyers.

Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Brucellosis
A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.

Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
