I'm Rachelle B., the breeder behind Dancing Sky Labradors located in Roosevelt, MN. Labradors have been a part of our lives since 2007. We love sharing our passion for this wonderful, versatile breed with others! We breed the English line of the Labrador and select dogs that have a calm demeanor and clear intelligence as our parent dogs. We look forward to getting to know you!

  • Why did you start breeding?

    Our love of labs began in 2007 with our first, Aurora. She was gentle, loyal, loving and the kind of dog we thought every family should own. Fast forward 12 years, we found the location to raise our family alongside our dogs and began the pursuit of fulfilling the dream to fill loving homes with the compassionate, versatile Labrador retriever.

  • What makes your program special?

    Our dogs are health tested, trained to retrieve and family members before they reproduce. Their puppies are loved on by our children and are a part of our family before they go to yours. We are also proud to practice Puppy Culture and each pup’s first couple weeks include daily Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS) and Early Scent Introduction (ESI.)

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies are yellow. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Rachelle

Rachelle has been certified by Good Dog's screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you're ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

Price

Puppy prices include a $500 deposit and $2,500 final payment, before taxes & fees.

"The price includes Limited AKC registration, dew claws removed, deworming, vaccinations and our socialization program. Your deposit is applied toward the total puppy price, it is not in addition to the price of your puppy. Your deposit is 50% refundable if you have a major life change event ie: loss of main income."

Contract & health guarantee

Rachelle may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.   • Hip Dysplasia

    Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.

  • Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)

    Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.

  • Exercise Induced Collapse (EIC), DNA Profile, DNA Coat/Trait Panel, DNA Disease Panel, Centronuclear Myopathy (CNM), D Locus (Dilute) DNA test

    Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
