Meet the breeder

I'm Deanna S., the breeder behind Deaz Doodle Ranch located in Connersville, IN. Our goal is to create healthy, loving, and well rounded family pets to bring joy for many years.

Q. & A. with Deanna

  • Why did you start breeding?

In the beginning it was a way to keep busy while staying home to raise my human children. As my humans grew and needed me less, I could focus more energy on the program and it has grown. It was the perfect solution to being a stay at home mom and keeping my mind busy. I have loved every minute of both journey's. "You never work a day in your life, if you love what you do."
  • What makes your program special?

We go to great lengths to use guardian homes and we do not keep dogs in kennels just for breeding purposes. All of our dogs are pets first and breeding dogs second. Also, we have impeccable standards for dogs to qualify as breeding quality. They must have an outstanding temperament along with great conformation and loving spirit. This sets us apart from the rest.
  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

Our Goldendoodle puppies include petite, miniature, medium, and standard sizes. Bernedoodle puppies include tiny, mini, medium, and standard sizes. Cockapoo puppies include tiny, mini, and standard sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our Goldendoodle puppies include cream, apricot, and red. Bernedoodle puppies include red, black and white, tri-color, phantom, blue merle, and merle. Cockapoo puppies include merle, silver, sable, black, black and tan, black and white, black white and tan, blue roan, blue roan and tan, brown, brown and tan, brown and white, brown roan, brown roan and tan, brown white and tan, buff, buff and white, cream, golden, red roan, red, and red and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

They live in my home and guardian homes.

Deena was wonderful in helping us find the right match for our family. Archie turned out to be an angelic, sweet puppy. Deeana also help us by placing him with an in home trainer before he came to us so he was very well socialized with other dogs and children. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Deaz!

Deanna from Deaz Doodle Ranch was so great to work with. She was responsive to messages and answered all of the many questions that I had as a new dog owner. Going through Good Dog made the process easy and quick. Our pup came with great paperwork-all the necessary records, but also new puppy instructions and how to introduce her into the home. We definitely recommend working with Deanna if you are looking for an addition to your home.

We were a little hesitant choosing a pup online, but Deaz Doodle Ranch put us at ease. We loved that they took the time to provide a description for each puppy, updated images and provided links to their parents’ health information! Also, we were able to do FaceTime video chats with the pup(s) and they always answered our questions promptly and professionally. We are so in love with our healthy, happy, playful and loving Porter (previously Rudy). The vet was also impressed with how he looked and with everything he was provided with before being sent home. Thank you Deaz Doodle Ranch for providing families like ours such friendly healthy dogs ❤️

Deanna was so responsive and patient with me. I immediately felt comfortable with her and absolutely loved what I saw, as far as the conditions in which the puppies were kept in. The Lap Nanny Amy and option for transportation via flight was smooth and I loved that she was someone who worked at the ranch and already knew the puppy. Overall, the DDR team have been wonderful to work with and I am truly in love with my little girl and new addition to our family. She is everything I could have dreamed of and more!

Deanna was very responsive, knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions we had! She made this whole process so seamless and we are so satisfied with everything. The records and documents provided to us by Kenzie (who was also amazing) were so great - the vet was as impressed!! We are in love with Hughie (formally known as Shrek) and cannot imagine our lives without him. He brings such joy and fun to our home. Thank you Deanna!
