I'm Debra S., the breeder behind Debra Soutar located in Battle Ground, WA. I have been breeding terriers for about 40 years. Moved from Hawaii to the PNW and had a prior client looking for another Westie. I met Northwest Cairn terriers, became a guardian home for them, which has evolved into my litter with Storm. She was bred with Knox from Northwest Cairn Terriers.

I love terriers having Westies and Cairns, improving the breed for health and breed standards should be every breeders goal!What makes your program special?
My pups are very well socialized. I only have an occasional litter and they are raised as family most are well on their way to being potty trained when they go to their furever homesWhat are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies are silver brindle. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?

“The price includes pet contract/guaranty, first shots, deworming and microchip if picked up after 8 weeks. If you want your puppy held past 8 weeks then the deposit is non refundable.”

About Storm
Storm was part of Northwest Cairns breeding program, unfortunately she was not able to be registered. She is a gorgeous silver brindle with the sweetest temperament. Her mother came from Germany during Covid
