I'm Denise C., the breeder behind Denise Clark located in Bowling Green, KY. All of our puppies are raised in a loving family environment, with children. We start handling the puppies at about 2 weeks of age when they receive their first worming medicine. After that, they are handled a little longer each day. This ensures a happy, well-socialized puppy.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    A friend introduced me to breeding and the importance of health testing in parents dogs to ensure happy healthy puppies. The importance of striving to ensure the puppies are happy, healthy and well adjusted before going to their new home. Providing proper nutrition, age appropriate vaccines, worming medical care and socialization.

  • What makes your program special?

    All of my parent dogs are health tested. My adult dogs live in the home with me or family and friends. We believe that all dogs should live in a home and be part of a family. We have seen the ill effects that living in a kennel can have on the dogs and their puppies. Dogs provide unconditional love and companionship for children and adults, they deserved the best from us.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our Maltese puppies are white. Havanese puppies include white, red, chocolate, black, silver sable, fawn, and black and tan. Maltipoo puppies include apricot, blue, cafe au lait, cream, grey, red, champagne, phantom, and black & tan. Havapoo puppies include white, silver sable, red sable, gold sable, fawn sable, blue, black and tan, and apricot. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home and guardian homes.

Getting a puppy from Denise

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $995 - $2,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.

    Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.

  • Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)

    Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.

  • Animal Genetics Panel

    Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).

    It took me a while to post this but only because I’m busy enjoying my time with my baby, Luna! Denise was amazing. I had to fly to Nashville, TN for pickup and Denise made it easy for us to meet. She brought our precious Luna with food, toy and more. We could not be happier with our little girl. She is now 6 months old. She is a very health, happy and energetic puppy. We are training her as a service animal and she has been easy to train. I would say potty training is at about 90% so I’m trilled. Denise was always available when needed and gave us updates through the process. I will certainly consider getting another puppy from her as she loves them so and it really shows in their care. I would highly recommend getting your next baby from Denise! Best experience ever!
