We are passionate breeders dedicated to raising happy, healthy, and well-socialized Yorkies that bring joy to every home they join.     What makes our breeding program special is that we are a small farm where every dog is first and foremost a beloved member of our family, living alongside us in a caring, home environment. We focus on quality over quantity, giving each Yorkshire Terrier the attention, love, and socialization they need to thrive and become wonderful companions.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include parti and black and tan. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Justin

Justin has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

Justin partners with buyers to find the best match as the puppies develop and their personalities take shape. Typically, matches are finalized when the puppies reach about 8 weeks old.

“Our puppy matching policy is designed to ensure every Yorkshire Terrier is placed in the best possible home for their personality, needs, and lifestyle. We take the time to get to know each family through a conversation, allowing us to thoughtfully match puppies based on temperament, energy level, and compatibility rather than a first-come, first-served approach. While we always consider preferences such as gender or size, our priority is the long-term happiness and well-being of both the puppy and their new family. By reserving the right to make final placement decisions, we are able to create lasting, successful matches built on trust, care, and understanding.”

Price

Puppy prices include a $200 non-refundable deposit and between $1,300 - $2,300 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“Our puppy pricing varies based on factors such as color, size, and the quality and lineage of the parents. Unique or rare colors, smaller sizes, and puppies from exceptional parent lines may be priced higher, while all puppies are valued according to the care, health, and attention we invest in raising them. We are happy to discuss specific pricing and help you find the perfect Yorkshire Terrier that fits your preferences and budget. To reserve a puppy, we require a non-refundable deposit, which secures your place on our waiting list or a specific puppy once available. This deposit is applied toward the total purchase price and reflects our commitment to holding your puppy and turning away other interested homes.”

Justin may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.
