I'm Tina G., the breeder behind Desert Mountain Dobermans located in New River, AZ. We devote a lot of time and energy to our puppies. Our puppies are raised in our home and are used to kids and other animals. Our dogs are part of the family and do not live in kennels or cages.
Q. & A. with Tina
Why did you start breeding?
I have always loved dobermans and I am fascinated by the breed. I have had dobermans for over 20 years. I rarely breed my dobermans as they are not for everyone and are a lot of work.
We got into beagles because my kids wanted some smaller dogs that were easy going and friendly. We are really enjoying the breed. They are such fun and loving dogs.
What makes your program special?
We understand the importance of dog health, temperament, structure, and every breeding decision is made accordingly. I am constantly learning and researching to improve my breeding program.
What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our Beagle puppies are 13-inch size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our Beagle puppies include lemon and white, tan and white, black tan and bluetick, and black white and tan. Doberman Pinscher puppies include black and rust, blue and rust, fawn (isabella) and rust, and red and rust. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
