Meet the breeder

I'm Alicia L., the breeder behind Destination Dalmatian located in Liverpool, PA. We have specific applications for potential buyers- please go to our site for one. We focus on the proper development of all our puppies because we know that each one is unique and deserving of undivided love and attention. producing healthy, loving, and versatile puppies is our true goal.

Q. & A. with Alicia

  • Why did you start breeding?

I was inspired by the Dalmatian plantation which is now closed and my mentors of 15 plus years of breeding alpha n omega. I work with multiple breeders and donate to rescues monthly. Extra supplies we get that we don’t use get donated.
  • What makes your program special?

Our puppies are home raised & we work on puppy pad training starting at 4 weeks old and work on outside potty training starting @ 6-7 weeks old. First set of shots, dewormed, microchipped and Baer testing. We go the extra mile to make sure the puppies go to their homes prepared for training and the love expected from the buyers.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our Australian Shepherd puppies include red merle, blue merle, white, sable, yellow, dilute red, and red tri-color. Maltese puppies are white. Pomeranian puppies include cream parti, cream, red sable, cream sable, chocolate merle, chocolate sable, and chocolate and tan. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Alicia was absolutely amazing to work with! I really appreciated that she asked me lots of questions to make sure my new baby was going to a good new home. She answered all my MANY questions and even video called so I could "meet" Winnie. The delivery service Alicia used to get her to me was also great. MS from PA is a long way (and I was super nervous about it) but Winnie came quickly. She is fitting in perfectly with our family and a joy to snuggle with every day. Alicia still checks in on Winnie and has answered several of my questions after we got her. Alicia is EXCELLENT to work with and I would not hesitate to get another puppy from her in the future!
