I'm Jan P., the breeder behind Destiny Labradors located in Crystal Lake, IL. My program is built upon a foundation of devotion, admiration, and love for the Labrador Retriever! My Labrador Retrievers are bred for conformation, temperament, obedience, hunting ability, and to be the best family companions. Q. & A. with Jan
Why did you start breeding?
I love Labrador Retrievers and wanted to do my part to preserve the breed as well as ensure its future for generations more to come. My program strives to produce outstanding puppies with a focus on temperament, conformation, obedience, and ability. I want nothing more than to see each and every one of my dogs and puppies shine!
What makes your program special?
I am a small hobby breeder of Labrador Retrievers. My many years of experience, involvement in the show world, and dog training speaks to the standards that I breed my dogs by. My dogs are fully healthy and extensively tested prior to breeding to ensure quality puppies are produced. While many of my dogs have made exceptional show prospects, all of them have become excellent family dogs and lifelong friends!
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include black and yellow. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
