Diamond C Aussies

Tom C.

Breeder of Australian Shepherds

Meet the breeder

I'm Tom C., the breeder behind Diamond C Aussies located in Fruitland, ID. Our dogs are excellent working dogs, and we are proud to continue their line. We breed both to provide families with loving and capable companions and to improve upon our dogs' fantastic traits with each generation.

Q. & A. with Tom

  • Why did you start breeding?

Have owned Australian Shepherds since 1990, but only started breeding for years ago when I had an amazing female that I wanted a pup from.
  • What makes your program special?

Our dogs live with us day and night. We don't breed often, typically about every year and a half. These litters are to improve the breed with thoughtful matings in mind.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies include blue merle, black tri-color, and red tri-color. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Tom

Tom has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Price

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and $1,100 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“The price gives buyer health guarantees as well as full breeding rights. At 2 weeks of age a deposit is required for a pup from the litter. Typically a buyer has a few pups to pick from in each litter.”

Contract & health guarantee

Tom may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.
