Q. & A. with Tasha
Why did you start breeding?
Aussies have been one of my favorite breed of dogs for years. I grew up with a standard size Aussie and he was the sweetest companion ever.
I decided to get into breeding because ,I love the breed and wanted to expand my knowledge. I have learned so much over the past several years raising puppies and getting them ready for their new families.
I enjoy getting Mom ready for her new litter and being by her side as she delivers each pup. It's amazing to see her welcome each one to the world.
For eight weeks, we then get to watch each pup grow and mature. Their personalities come out and they start learning new skills.
What makes your program special?
We treat our dogs like family. They are spoiled and loved very much. We strive to make the puppies feel the same way while they are in our care.
We have added in grass pad potty training, leash leading and crate training to our agenda. We want to help introduce these things to each pup before they leave to help make their transitions easier.
What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include blue merle and black. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
