I'm Marsha A., the breeder behind Dogs and Cats Castle Mini Schnauzers located in Maryland. My passion is to breed quality Miniature Schnauzer pups and connect them with loving forever homes. I keep a variety of factors in mind when choosing dogs to breed so that puppies can inherit the best of both parents. I am confident that my puppies will enrich your life just as much as my dogs have touched mine - they are happy, intelligent, and cute as can be!
Q. & A. with Marsha
Why did you start breeding?
I have been around dogs all my life. I grew up in a family that bred terriers. When I set eyes on my first Mini Schnauzer it was love at first sight and I have been loving and breeding them for 2 decades ever since.
What makes your program special?
I treat each and every dog in my group as if they are the most loved dog of them all and they know it.
i love each of the newborn puppies infinitely as if they are to be part of our forever family. Many of my families who have adopted from our litters have come back for a second Mini just because they see how much love is poured into our dogs and their litters.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Puppy prices include a $400 deposit and between $1,100 - $2,100 final payment, before taxes & fees.
“The price includes guarantee that they have been thoroughly check by the veterinarian, dewormed, tails docked, and dew claws removed. They come to their forever home with a copy of their health checks, a toy and a blanket. All our puppies are the same price regardless of color. We breed quality pets. We will ask for a deposit if our wait list is growing long. It is usual for us to have a wait list.
Deposits are collected when the litter is 2 weeks old and has their first Vet check. Potential new puppy parents will be notified when litters are whelped, at that time a gender and puppy may be chosen.
Deposits are non refundable with the exception if the puppy is not available for its forever home due to unknown health issues determined at the time the deposit is collected.”
