I'm Donna T., the breeder behind Donnasdoodlebugs located in Weatherford, TX. We are so blessed to be a part of bringing joy to families, one doodle at a time.
Q. & A. with Donna
Why did you start breeding?
I've always been a dog lover. As a child I had a golden retriever named Skippy (named after the peanut butter!) that I loved very much!
One day my husband and I met our first Goldendoodle while on a weekend trip. It was love at first sight! After waiting and preparing for a couple years we finally adopted Willow, our first Goldendoodle! That's when our love story began.
What makes your program special?
While we place great importance on temperament and health testing, what truly sets our program apart is the TLC we give every puppy. We raise just one—occasionally two—litters at a time, right in the heart of our home. Each puppy receives daily hands-on care and attention, ensuring they grow up feeling safe, loved, and confident.
We follow the Puppy Culture curriculum as a guide and focus on early socialization to build a solid foundation for each pup. Our goal is to raise emotionally resilient, well-adjusted puppies who are ready to thrive in their future families.
What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our Bernedoodle puppies are mini size. Goldendoodle puppies include petite and miniature sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our Bernedoodle puppies include brown and white, black and white, tri-color, and merle. Goldendoodle puppies include apricot, red, merle, and parti. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and guardian homes.

About Phoebe
Phoebe is our multigenerational mini bernedoodle. She is so very loving, and a sweet cuddler. She enjoys being around her family of 4, and playing in the backyard with her sister doodle Devereau! Her tri-colored markings markings are just gorgeous too.
Pierre, dad
Poodle
About Pierre
Monsieur Pierre is a sweet and regal AKC Mini Poodle. He is loved very much! What makes him gorgeous is his RUFUS gene which gives him his dark red coat, and the merle gene which gives him his one blue eye.
Pierre was a frosty white puppy when he was born, and darkened to red as he grew, which is typical of the rufus gene. We are so blessed to have him!!
