Getting a puppy from Kerri

Kerri has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Kerri partners with them to find the best puppy match.

“We believe that placing a puppy is about so much more than availability—it’s about creating the right match for both the puppy and the family. For that reason, we typically do not publicly post our puppies immediately. We allow time to thoughtfully evaluate each puppy’s temperament, personality, and individual needs before introducing them to potential homes. This helps us make informed, intentional matches rather than rushed placements. Each application is carefully reviewed with the puppy in mind. We consider lifestyle, expectations, experience, and overall compatibility. If we feel that a particular home may not be the best fit for one of our puppies, we will respectfully decline to move forward. This is never personal—it simply reflects our commitment to setting both our puppies and their families up for long-term success. Our goal is to create confident, well-adjusted companions by ensuring they are placed in environments where they will truly thrive. ”

We couldn't be happier with our experience with Kerrie C. at Doods & Dolls. Our miniature bernedoodle, Natasha, is everything we hoped for — beautiful, whip-smart, and so sweet-natured. What really set this experience apart was the pre-pickup training. Natasha came to us already started, which made those first days at home dramatically easier than we expected. That head start is clearly the result of real work and care on Kerrie's end, not an afterthought. She's also settled in beautifully with our other dog, which was one of our biggest questions going in. The two of them are already inseparable. If you're considering a bernedoodle, we'd recommend Kerrie and Doods & Dolls without hesitation.

Our experience started long before our pup (Barry) came home, thanks to an incredible breeder who made the entire journey so special. She was informative, patient, and always willing to answer our questions, making us feel prepared and excited every step of the way. Even after Barry joined our family, she continued to offer support, showing how much she genuinely cared about every puppy she raised. From the moment we met Barry, it was obvious he had been loved, socialized, and given the very best start in life. Watching him run reminds us exactly why we named him after one of football’s greatest running backs. More than anything, Barry has a way of bringing people together. He’s full of personality, unconditional love, and endless energy. Whether he’s making the neighborhood kids laugh, cheering on the football team, or simply curling up with our family after a long day, Barry has captured the hearts of everyone who knows him. We couldn’t imagine life without him, and it’s safe to say our block—and our football family—wouldn’t be the same without Barry Sanders.

Kerri is seriously amazing. We love our little guy - George the Gentleman (formerly Cousin It). He’s so friendly, teachable and definitely had solid foundations with Kerri. She set us up for success at every step of the journey, from the many many questions I had and continues to check in on his progress especially with interacting well with our young kids. Like others have already said in their reviews, she truly cares about her pups and the families they go to. We’re very impressed with our little pup and how much he’s learning! Thanks so much, Kerri!!

Kerri was so patient with us as we worked toward adopting Maggie, which is our first dog together as a family. The pickup process was seamless, and the training that she did prior to arriving with us is so apparent. She is certainly still in her puppy phase so not sunshine and rainbows all the time, but having her around as a part of our family and a companion for my work from home days adds a constancy and lively presence to our home. We also get compliments on her all the time about how pretty and friendly she is.

Kerri and her company, Doods and Dolls, were absolutely amazing throughout our experience of adopting our fur baby, Bailey. From the very beginning, it was clear how much love, dedication, and care they put into raising their puppies. Kerri truly pays attention to every detail and takes the time to make sure each puppy is matched with the right family. We absolutely adore our Bailey, and we’re so thankful to know that she received such wonderful care and the best possible start before coming home to us. Kerri provided us with so much helpful information, guidance, encouragement, and regular updates. She kept us informed about Bailey’s vaccinations, microchip, puppy schooling, and development before we even brought her home. When we picked Bailey up, she came with everything she needed to make the transition as comfortable as possible, including toys, food, and a blanket with familiar scents from her litter. Those thoughtful touches made settling into her new home so much easier. Even after Bailey came home, Kerri continued to check in and make sure everything was going well and that we had the support we needed. That level of care truly meant so much to us. Our experience with Doods and Dolls was wonderful from start to finish, and we are incredibly grateful that we found Kerri and the perfect breeder for our family. If we ever decide to add another fur baby or a playmate for Bailey, we wouldn’t go anywhere else! Thank you, Kerri, for everything you do and for helping bring our sweet Bailey into our lives. We are forever grateful! ❤️🐾
