Why did you start breeding?
I've followed fellow breeders for a couple of years, learned from them and watched their trials and tribulations. I knew before getting into breeding myself the time, effort, and heartbreak that goes into breeding my furbabies.What makes your program special?
I am focused on being a small breeder to bring quality puppies to families. I am also donating back to my community by donating 1 puppy out of every litter or every other litter depending on the size of the litter to someone with medical needs or needs a dog as a medically necessary emotional support animal or a veteran with special needs. I will accept applications and review them for this.What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.What are the different breed coat types in your program?
Our puppies have longhaired coats. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include black and tan and black and cream. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?

Litter update on 31 Jan. •…Puppies have turned 3 weeks old today and are learning how to walk. Pretty soon their teeth are going to be coming in and then it is time for the mush to start!!!!!

Program update on 12 Aug. 2025 •…Can't believe they are 6 weeks already! Only 2 more weeks and they go home to their families. Rocket and T'Chala are still looking for warm laps to snuggle into. They are happy little fellows who love to snuggle and give puppy kisses. Please submit an application if you are interested!

About Snickers
Snickers is very laid back and LOVES his belly rubs every morning. He is very talkative and has the largest vocabulary of any dog I've every met. He can have a full conversation with you if you want! He "rawrs" in many different ways to get his point across and has the most expressive facial expressions. I swear he understands what we are saying when we talk with him.

I’m so thankful to have found Ms. Anne here on Good Dog. She is the most amazing breeder I’ve found and communicated with and would definitely love to work with her again in the future. She was so sweet and responded to me right away the entire couple of weeks I was waiting to pick my puppy up from her. She sent me updates with pictures and videos the entire time that way I could see how Dexter, my puppy was doing while I waited to meet him. I was having trouble with bills since I have to go to therapy and pay for medication out of pocket but communicated with her about it and told her I would have to wait for another puppy in the future which I would love to get registered as an emotional support animal. She was so understanding about my situation and so accepting of everything that she offered to give Dexter to me for the deposit since I will be getting him registered and have been going through such a hard time in life. I cannot stress this enough, if you are looking for a forever friend/Dachshund puppy to take home I would 100% recommend Anne again and again. I picked up my puppy from her yesterday and he has been doing amazing I slept with him in my bed and he slept all throughout the night and didn’t have a single accident. He’s has been consistently going potty outside in my backyard and has had no accidents. He’s so loving and loves giving kisses and getting belly rubs. I am so grateful I found Anne on here she has been such a blessing!

I’m not one to write reviews but I just had to share my experience with Anne and Double Aces Doxie (DaD). My husband and I have been wanting to get a mini Doxie for awhile and decided to pull the plug. We came across the DaD website and reached out to Anne about one of her pups on the website. Unfortunately, that pup had just been spoken for, but she suggested another little pup. It must have been fate because this little nugget is as cute and sweet as can be. We took her to our vet and she got a clean bill of health. Thank you Anne for working with us and being so incredibly responsive. I would highly recommend DaD and Anne if you are in search of a mini Doxie.
