I'm Paula, the breeder behind DOXI.E. located in Fontana, CA. Our puppies are bred for quality, health and uniqueness brought up in a solid foundation of intentional care and nurturing. Our program features our personal dream dachshunds, the ones we specially picked to share with the world and this program. DOXI.E is a project of love for Dachshunds. Est.2024.

Why did you start breeding?
While we were searching for our Dachshund, we had a lot of unfortunate and uncomfortable experiences with breeders. Far too often, this seems to be the experience of many… which is why I wanted to start my program. I want to be the breeder who can make this exciting new chapter as easy and comfortable as possible. It is a big life decision and investment, so the experience should be the same.What makes your program special?
Our puppies are nurtured and cared for with integrity and quality. The standard of our program is set for all of the puppies that come through DOXI.E. We put in an effort to make great connections with our families. One that is lasting and always open to help and advise new dog owners. Dachshunds are special but so are their needs and it takes a good solid upbringing to set them apart.What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.What are the different breed coat types in your program?
Our puppies include smooth and longhaired coat varieties. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include piebald, cream, red, fawn (isabella) and tan, fawn (isabella) and cream, chocolate and tan, chocolate and cream, and dapple. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Paula partners with them to find the best puppy match.

Litter update on 22 Feb. •…Our babies are halfway through this process now looking for their forever homes. We currently have four available all are male 🐾 I love watching them play and taking little milestones like getting weaned off mama and almost ready for puppy mush. Absolutely love our Littles.

Rue is our silly little girl with such a sweet demeanor. Our beautiful chocolate tan dappled smooth miniature dachshund. Absolutely adore her unique spots, one especially that looks like a heart… so she is our little heart and we absolutely adore this sweet girl.

Remi is our AKC certified lover boy, such a little cuddle bug. We absolutely love him and his energetic personality. He has the cutest little features and prettiest eyes. A chocolate based long-haired miniature dachshund. Truly a good boy.

Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).

Paula was incredible to work with. She was very responsive and even let us FaceTime with the puppies before sending our deposit. It was great to follow along on social media with daily updates. We picked up our puppy from her home which was lovely, clean, and we were able to meet the parents and siblings of our puppy there. Our puppy had a small benign umbilical hernia and she was honest about it from the start, even discounting the price to offset future surgical costs. She even gave us a huge gift basket of toys, stuffies, and a blanket with the litter’s scent on it. The whole experience was wonderful and I couldn’t recommend this breeder more.
