I'm Amber G., the breeder behind Doxie Dapples located in Corbin, KY. Every puppy we raise is adored as part of our family from birth. Our puppies will complete your home, your family, and your heart! We raise our dogs in our home right alongside our family. We love being able to match our puppies with families that are the perfect fit for their personalities.

Why did you start breeding?
My husband raised pups growing up and we wanted to see our kids have the same love and admiration as well as responsibility for dogs from an early age.What makes your program special?
We love our dogs! They are never kenneled and left outside for long periods of time. They’re in our home as apart of our family. We health test our dogs and breed to produce dogs that will contribute to their breed based on health and temperament. Our pups are born and raised in home and have a good start in training for crating and potty training.What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.What are the different breed coat types in your program?
Our puppies include smooth and longhaired coat varieties. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include piebald, chocolate, chocolate and tan, fawn (isabella) and tan, and dapple. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?

Amber has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

Puppy prices include a $100 non-refundable deposit and between $1,300 - $2,200 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“Price includes 1 year health guarantee, first (sometimes second) vaccinations, deworming, akc paperwork, puppy pack of blanket and toys. Puppies are raised in our home socialized and vet checked. $100 deposit holds your puppy until pickup. Full amount due at puppy pickup.”

Amber and her family did such a fantastic job taking care of my pup and her siblings. She was consistent in sending updates and pictures, including specific notes on my puppy’s personality. I felt very comfortable communicating with Amber as she always made me feel assured that Rosie was in a safe environment full of love and care. When I met Amber in person on pick-up day, she was just as thoughtful as she had been throughout the entire process. Not only did she welcome me with my amazing girl, but she provided me with a bag stocked with all the essentials for a new puppy. She walked me through Rosie’s vet records, and offered advice with such kindness. Amber and her family were an absolute joy to work with! She was very knowledgeable about the breed, and she was very helpful with the MANY questions that I had! You can tell that she really cares about her puppies and making sure they are going to good homes! I loved that she kept us updated on Luka’s progress with puppy reports and the cutest pictures! +4Working and communicating with Amber was always quick, informative, and easy. She clearly cares about her dogs and their pups, as well as the experience of her clients. She gave comprehensive answers to all of my questions, and answered important questions I didn't even think to ask! She also sent nearly weekly pictures of our pup, began using his name with him the moment we had it picked out, and informed us of takeaways from his first vet visit (vaccinations, in good health, etc.). We absolutely love our wonderful (if rambunctious!) little pup Stanley, and highly recommend Amber to anyone else looking for a miniature dachshund best friend.
