I'm Olivia B., the breeder behind Doxie View Acres located in North Branch, MI. Hi! I’m Olivia, and I’m the owner of Doxie View Acres. Doxie View started as a passion project, but turned into so much more! Animals are a part of my family’s lifestyle; from outdoor farm animals to our beloved dachshunds that live in the house with us.   • Why did you start breeding?

    Our first dachshund was bought to be a pal to our other dog. We quickly fell in love with the breed, and once I was home full time, I knew I wanted to help other people find their perfect pup, so what better way than to breed for them myself!

  • What makes your program special?

    Our puppies are raised around my children, other dogs, have care 24/7, and are stimulated appropriately to encourage the smartest and most socialized family pets!

  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Our puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat types in your program?

    Our puppies include smooth and longhaired coat varieties. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include piebald, cream, chocolate and cream, black and tan, black and cream, chocolate and tan, and dapple. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home and guardian homes.

Getting a puppy from Olivia

    Working with Olivia to bring home my puppy, Callahan, was the best experience I could have asked for! Olivia went above and beyond to send pictures of the puppies, provide them with a very generous take home bag, and even meet me closer to home when it was gotcha day for the puppy! Callahan is an excellent example of the breed and had no health concerns at the vet. He also knew his name when we brought him home thanks to Olivia and her family calling him by his name once we adopted him! He is smart, silly, snuggly, and sweet and we could not have asked for a better puppy. Overall AMAZING experience with Olivia. 100/10 would recommend!

    I had the absolute best experience with Olivia, and could not recommend enough! Her family take excellent care of their pups and make sure they are healthy and well socialized. She provided all kinds of cute photos while we waited to bring Finnick home, and answered any questions we had.
